Finite Show Apartment Launched in Leeds City Centre
Finite Solutions, a home entertainment company specialising in high-end audio visual installations, have launched a show apartment in Leeds City Centre.
The stunning show home is located in the award winning Crown Street Buildings on the fashionable Call Lane. The property has been named Best Mixed Use Development in the 2006 National Home Builder Awards and won a prestigious Housing Design Award this year.
Finite’s apartment showcases state of the art audio, video and home automation technologies. The main living room incorporates a cinema with a 7ft projector screen hidden in the ceiling, speakers built into the walls and an attractive 43” recessed HD plasma. The amazing apartment has also been designed with iLight Xen lighting control with different circuits for spot lights, LED lighting and lamps. This means that scenes can be programmed to suit the different mood of each room such as reading, relaxing and entertaining.
Keypads located in the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom allow different music to be played in each room through the in-ceiling speakers. The LCD screens and Plasma screens around the apartment can be used for watching Sky HD and DVDs as well as being used to browse through over 200 stored albums on the TV interface.
Finite Solutions was the brainchild of three Leeds University graduates who recognised a gap in the market for a consultancy that would design and install bespoke, state of the art entertainment systems in private homes.

All equipment was chosen for its discreetness and functionality and the end result exhibits how technology can be incorporated as an integral feature of the home”.
The company, which is now three years old, provides affluent clients with home cinema rooms, multi room audio and video integrated with touch screen controls, hidden plasma screens, in-ceiling speakers, trapdoor projector screens and much more.
